In 2015, the Center for International Education, Innovation and Research, conducted an in-depth study on the ridership of Tshwane Bus Services in Tshwane, South Africa. The project aimed to analyze the patterns and trends in bus usage to understand the public transportation needs of the city’s residents. The research involved collecting and analyzing data on passenger demographics, peak travel times, and the overall efficiency of the bus service. The findings provided valuable insights into how the service could be improved to better meet the needs of commuters, ultimately informing policy decisions and strategic planning for the city’s public transportation system. This project showcased the center’s commitment to addressing urban transportation challenges through comprehensive research and analysis.
